I can not stress how invaluable Mike at West London Party Walls Surveyors was in helping us fulfill our house renovation. Without Mike and his constant professional guidance and patience.. We believe our project would have been hampered and stalled at a very early stage . Mike helped us navigate and mediate with  very difficult circumstances involving quiet a demanding neighbour. He was a constant source of support and his knowledge in all things involving construction and Party Wall agreements was endless. On more then 1 occasion Mike helped us save quiet a bit of money as he picked up on some irregularity with structural engineers initial design .
Initially when we were looking , we had approached 4 companies regarding Party Wall Agreements but we did feel a little intimated by the others - from the outset Mike made us feel assured and talked through the whole process in simple step by step guidelines and he was always at hand if we had any wobbles or concerns

Our project was by far from easy and quite complicated , having project managed it myself, I cannot highly recommend West London Party Wall Surveyors enough, as I don't  think we would have ever completed our building work without his assistance or been able to push it through to final completion.
